职位描述：
1. Update incoming inspection standards, train IQC inspector and ensure they can right inspect.
2. Deal with, analyse and push supplier to solve incoming material quality issue on time.
3. Responsible for found supplier annual quality target, annual audit planning, annual test collection planning and update timely.
4. Responsible for supplier annual process audit and push supplier to improve, etc.
5. Responsible to collect supplier annual full dimensions and function test by planning, for NG items, push supplier to improve.
6. Responsible for supplier monthly quality performance evaluation and push supplier to continuous improve.
7. Responsible for supplier cost chargeback.
8. Responsible for the supplier data system maintenance for supplier issues termly（MOS, Plex, POR）.
9. Responsible for sub-parts ECN tracking and related documents update about supplier samples after SOP.
10. Support warranty analysis and improvement for sub-parts.
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree of mechanical and/or relative mechanical specialty, or above.
2. More than 4 years of working experience as a quality engineer in tier 1 automotive industry; foreign investment company is must.
3. Know TS16949; familiar with APQP, PPAP, FEMA, MSA, Control Plan, SPC.
4. Good communication skills and team work.
5. Good spoken, reading, writing English.
6. Good computer skills, AutoCAD, UG, and CATIA are preferable.
