Job Description

Support service manager to coordinate the task follow-up internally and externally

Prepare service reports; (i.e. customer feedback, warranty report)

Support service engineer to handle daily work (i.e. customer information collection, documentation, warranty support, etc)

Respond to telephone, fax & e-mail enquiries

Process requests for quotations, prices, deliveries, orders for spare parts

Proactively notify customer's order of delivery status/change of status

Compare customer demand with global inventory availability

Communicate with supplier plant in Europe for procurement

Contact local manufacturers for additional purchase.

Act as liaison with Finance to process customer billing

Undertake other duties as directed by Service Manager

Qualification Requirement:

University degree, Technical background and/or Supply Chain preferred

Internship in after sales service (or hotline) experience preferred

3 years related experience in Customer Service/Supply Chain/Call Center/Logisitic

Strong communication, coordination skills

Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT). SAP or other similar system skill is a plus.

Fluent communication both in oral and written English and Chinese

Technical and mechanical & electrical/electronic knowledge of machinery is a plus
