Purchasing Engineer Job Description:
Responsibility:
1. Work with all oversea supplier for new products RFQ and development
2. Performing detailed cost analysis of components & purchasing process control to ensure highest quality at the lowest cost solution
3. Negotiate and identify innovative solutions and mitigate the risks of the price, quality, and lead time, MOQ, SPQ.
4. Set up, track, review, and timely report sourcing trends, budgets, savings, vendor performance, results of bidding, and negotiations.
5. Improve the components OTD of MP components
6. Fully understand the product Shelf circling/life, to ensure the supply chain efficiency.

Requirements:
1. Education: University degree in supply chain management or business administration
2. Experience: 3 years experience at least in multinational company in procurement on vendor evaluation & selection, pricing Methods, contract reviews and reporting.
3. Professional Skills: Need to be familiar with cable/ RF products
4. Strong analytical skills, fact-based and data-driven that drives direction and performance.
5. Good knowledge of MS office software applications
6. Team player with positive attitude, honest and strong responsibility, willing to learn, Strong execution.
7. Sound communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels
8. Language skill: Fluent in English spoken and written.
9. Experience with ERP, Info XA is preferred
