Clinical Affaires
The Head of Project Management is responsible for leading project management team, managing clinical related clinical projects, initiating &improving operational processes with implementing best practices to ensure better quality of service.
1. Lead the team in line with company objectives and strategies
2. Review/approve the KPIs prepared by staff and conduct the performance evaluation in compliance with company standards
3. Identity and assign qualified staff for project team based on the project requirements the development of the project management team.
4. Serve as a subject expert and attend the training as a trainer for new staff orientation and department level training courses..
5. Leading group meeting, review and approve travel and expense reports for reimbursement/loans/ask for leave that are prepared by staffs.
6. Recruit new staff and retain current staff according to the resource
plan .Support recruitment of staff by reviewing resumes, and evaluation candidates. Make hiring recommendations.
7. Participate in SOP and wording process improvement.
8. Assist in department level for project tools/forms development/consolidation.
9. Providing opportunities/training/coaching to ensure adherence of staff to the qualification defined in corporate career ladder.
10. Provide day-to-day technical and management guidance to deliver the clinical projects with quality in compliance with ICH-GCP and all applicable regulations.
11. Supervise the project status (resource/budget/progress/issues) to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
1. A 4-year BS (Bachelor of Science) degree .Advance degree preferred.
2. 8years+ experience in clinical research environment.
3. Familiar with all clinical operation activities throughout an entire clinical trial.
4. Demonstrate understanding of or ability to learn and demonstrate understanding of SOPs, WPDs, and relevant regulations e.g. ICH/GCP, Clinical trial guidelines).
5. Good command of English on oral and writing
6. 5 years+ experience in project management and people management.Good leadership and organization skills.
