We are currently seeking a Purchasing Business Data Analyst to join our GSC AP Industrial Performance department. Reporting to the PUMA Solution Manager, you will be focusing on supporting Global Purchasing in running global negotiations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the processes.
The primary responsibility of the role includes (but is not limited to):
- Data Management
The Business Data Analyst drives the negotiation process from the consolidation steps (upstream) to the new price implementation steps (downstream) by liasing with all key actors in the commodity and in the entities
- Change Management
The Business Data Analyst supports and trains buyers, core team members, and the negotiation team in using the tools supporting the negotiation process
- Administration
The Business Data Analyst makes sure that all key actors of the negotiation are declared as users in the supporting tools and manages the tool to keep its integrity
- Reporting
The Business Data Analyst is in charge of making the relevant analysis to ensure information required for the negotiation is complete and accurate
- Improvements
The Business Data Analyst has to propose improvements plan to Global Commodity Director to improve negotiation efficiency.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:
- Bachelor Degree in Business
- At least 1 year working experience
- Understand the knowledge of Purchasing, Project management and Information system (database, MS Office)
