Your new role
- Initiate and articulate the area for improvement to the management, identify and define the solutions that will improve the efficiency, fit to the new business requirements, and better control for the company, and to facilitate for the change.
- Work across all levels of organization and may be involved in everything from defining new process to fit in business requirement, to automate the existing manual work, to take a leadership role by defining the goals and action plan, and develop continuous improvement in technology support and processes efficiency
- Manage the delivery of business oriented and strategy projects through the creation of project plans, budgets and liaison with relevant internal departments and head offices. This includes the ability to take responsibility for driving the project plan, excellent communication with each workstream team, coordination of activities and deliver work packages within the project.
- Perform change request evaluation to ensure that the benefit outweigh the cost of any IT development, improvement in the workflow processes
liaise with business and IT for the development, testing and implementation of the approved enhancement
- Report the progress and result of projects to Head of Platform
- Your qualifications – solid and appropriate
- University graduate
- Over 5 years project management experience with proven track record of delivering high profile projects - perferably with experience in implementing system and automation solutions for business
- Used to work in a continuous changing environment, strong ownership approach, excellent communication skills
- High quality work ethic
- You have profound knowledge about the finance markets and wiht good understanding of the business processess and market requirements
- Knowledge of Siemens corporate structures and corporate strategy
- Fluent Chinese and English skills
