职位描述：

What are my responsibilities?
- Business Development plan for process instrument on MAE ( Mining, Aggregate and Energy) branches. Branch marketing strategy and planning definition.
- Guide sales continuously to enlarge MAE opportunities, fulfill yearly branch target.
- Come up with MAE fighting guidance, and prepare MAE training.
- Come up with MAE branch pricing strategy and execute it on regular basis.
- MAE branch key customer ( EPC, End user, SI etc.) promotion and development.
- Support to strategic projects, to increase win ratio together with sales team.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Know well about product technical, have strategy/marketing/sales experience, good communication skill and ambition, good analytical ability, good presentation skill and know well office software, such as PPT, excel...
- Good English speaking, reading and writing is needed
- Strong knowledge about the process industry and direct competitors，know well about automation industry，have product management experience will be plus
- Have background in industry Automation should be plus
- Be proven ability to lead and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and working under pressure with passion and energy
- Good skill of marketing analysis and product management, excellent communication, presentation, organization andinterpersonal skills, good team spirit
