职位描述：
Executive Assistant & Legal specialist
总经理助理兼法务专员

Areas / Scope of Responsibility (岗位职责):
Provide Assistance to China General Manager and top management team;
Process confidential info discreetly;
Arrange meetings, make agendas, and take meeting minutes as required;
Ensures all external and internal communication is aligned with the Managers preferred style and direction;
Organize visas for overseas visitors and assist in their travel arrangement and follow up;
Accurate, timely and proactive management of hotel & flights bookings and ensure non-essential meetings / correspondences are filtered appropriately;
Draft and review all contracts including sales contract/purchasing contract/NDA contract/agency contact, etc;
Manage external law firms, cooperate with external lawyers, regarding to law suits and provide legal suggestions for bidding;
Maintain and update all kinds of company business license;
Assist communication with governments and authorities;
Translate as required.


Requirements (任职资格要求):
Bachelor’s Degree or Above Major in law, or hold a legal professional qualification certificate;
Minimum of 3 years previous experience working as a EA or paralegal at a senior level in a multi-national company;
English – Excellent, both in writing and speaking, CET-6 certificate is a must;
Familiar with corporate legal issues;
Administration management skills, Good Organizational and Time management skills;
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Presentation skills ( MS PowerPoint).
