Key Job Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Selection
- Conduct Competencies Analysis with recruitment managers as per post and ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place.
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection processes and ensure comprehensive procedures are used to hire staff in order to meet the recruitment cycle targets.
- Search and recruit talent on time, monitor and follow up manpower development plan accordingly.
- Develop, review and maintain the recruitment channels.
- Draft annual Recruitment reports and conduct monthly Recruitment review on the hiring activities.
2. Training and Development
- Collect staff training needs information annually.
- Coordinate to design the annual training programs and scheduling.
- Develop, contact and coordinate with external training vendors.
- Coordinate on the training logistics and implementing the training programs for China employees.
- Coordinate with Asian team or group E-learning team for implementing the training programs.
- Coordinate new hires orientation program and make sure the programs is fully implemented.
- Work with Technical Engineers to implement company technical training programs.
- Coordinate with talent development projects.
- Act as the internal training in various induction and leadership programme.
3. Performance Management
- Communicate on employee Performance Management system.
- Coordination for employee performance management annually to make sure it is implemented in a proper way.
- Liaising the performance management review with the employee career development and remuneration system.
- Coordination for employee performance management annually.
4. Employee Relationship
- Update Labor Law items that are relevant to HR practice.
- Collect the performance management data and communicate with employees in different regions to understand our employees’ thoughts and needs.
- Responsible for implementing the company's Labor/employee relations policy in the company.
- Organize the employee activities including interests groups and team building events.
- Monitor the employee engagement status and actions plans of various functions.
- Management key employee information and maintain attendance data for the monthly payroll raw data collections.
- Implement company add on benefit service and provide the consultation to employees that are in need.
- Issue the notice and announcement of various HR activities and on behalf of the management team.
- Maintain the HR System and file management for record keeping.
5. Research and Report
- Develop the HR Vendors and new media for long term development.
- Coordinate with the HR projects in order for continuous improvement of the HR services
- Sharing the research results to the HR team for personal development purposes.
- Conduct the HR data analysis and draft the annual reports of each key HR activities.
- Draft monthly HR reports and master the monthly HR KPIs tendance, and make practical action plans in order to improve HR KPIs.
6. Others ad hoc tasks appointed by HR Leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with at least two-year related experience.
- Broad knowledge and skills in human resource management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good Microsoft skills and advanced new media knowledge.
- Good speaking and writing skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Proactive, accountable, result driven, hard working and good team player.
