职位描述：
1、负责客户抱怨信息的收集并分发给管理层以及相关责任部门成员，以现场确认或确认回寄失效件等方式判定客户反馈问题是否为产品质量问题。
Lead to collect customer claims information and notify management team and related team members of different department, judge the claimed issue is really belong to product issue or not base on in place investigation or confirm defect samples.

2、主导处理客户抱怨，及时反馈8D分析报告。
Lead to deal with customer claims and feedback 8D analysis report timely.
3、负责客户抱怨在SAP中的输入和最终关闭。
Lead to record customer claim disposal process in SAP system from start input to final close the claims.
4、负责对售后故障件进行检测、分析并反馈检测报告，必要时提交8D分析报告。
Lead to inspect aftermarket failure parts, analysis and feedback inspection report, also share 8D analysis report if request.
5、协助、支持客户分析解决在线以及售后的疑难质量问题。
Support customer to analysis and solve difficult quality issue occurred in assembly line or aftermarket.
6、及时确认并处理索赔事宜。
Confirm and deal with compensation cases timely.
7、 每周分析客户抱怨趋势和客户PPM趋势，确认原因分析是否正确以及识别定义的措施计划是否
有效执行，不断完善经验教训数据库。
Weekly analysis customer claim trend and customer PPM trend, confirm cause analysis is correct or not and also identify that defined action plans is effective or not, improve lesson learn database continuously.
8、 以合适的方式与客户保持顺畅的沟通，保持良好的客户关系。
Keep smooth communication with customer and maintain good relationship with customer in right way.
9、协助开发过程质量控制计划、检查作业指导书和检查记录表。
Support to develop process quality plan, inspection working instruction and inspection checklist.
10、协助获得TS16949体系认证和监督审核，推动体系持续改进。
Assist to get TS16949 certificate and pass the surveillance，push system improve continuously。
11、协助执行各项质量法律法规、标准、 程序及相关的规定。
Assist to implement quality policy and standard，procedure and related regulations.
12、参与APQP、PPAP活动。
Take part in APQP and PPAP activities.
13、参与失效模式分析。
Take part in PFMEA analysis.
14、其它必要的活动。
Other necessary activity.

招聘需求：
1、教育/培训经历：本科或以上，机械或高分子专业
Education/Training Experience: University or above, major is mechanical or macromolecule.
2、工作经验：三年以上质量保证/质量控制工作经验，有汽车整车或零部件生产行业经验者优
先考虑。
Working Experience: Work at quality assurance or quality control field for three years at least;
working in auto plant or related parts plant is preferred.
3、专业知识: 质量检验、质量控制和分析、质量管理体系。
Specialty Knowledge: Quality inspection, quality control and analysis tool, quality system.
4、能力：
Ability:
(1) 熟悉测量工具、量具和检具。
Be familiar with test equipment and gage.
(2) 熟悉质量工具APQP、PPAP、MSA、Cpk、SPC等的运用。
Be skilled in quality tool like APQP、PPAP、MSA、Cpk、SPC.
(3) 熟悉TS16949质量管理体系
Be familiar with TS16949 quality system.
5、其它：
