职位描述：

• Review the marketing specifications, industry standards and product requirements.
• Responsible for design customized UPS, Cooling and PDU products, validate design and debug problem through prototype, and their corresponding unitary test & integration test.
• Coding for the on going project and deliver document for PMP/PEP.
• Design/Implement the debug and auto test system.
• Analysis/Review the firmware source code quality and performance.
• Find/fix the firmware issues found in the whole firmware development life cycle.
• Review the related digital board design and the corresponding firmware interface.
• Evaluation/Selection of the new MCU/DSP chip.
• Documentation of the work instructions/procedures used in the field for design validation and performance evaluation.

· Work closely with the digital board designer and the topologies & control arithmetic designer

to find out the best firmware solution.

• Keep tracking the new technologies in the software design and automatic test fields and utilize them in firmware development.

• 3+ years’ experience with C/C++ development/test in real-time embedded environments.
• Experience with the hardware bring-up and the use of basic test equipment desirable.
• Experience with the integration of hardware and software, including debugging software-hardware interaction and the development of hardware device drivers (Eeprom, UART, SPI, CAN, GPIO, …).
• Familiar with software development process
• SCM knowledge and experience in tools (SVN, GIT, or Clear Case)
• Good English communication skill in writing and speaking
• A track record of the strong software design/coding ability and individual technical accomplishments.
