Responsibilities
‐ Develop TSS business in Chemical Process Industry and Oil& Gas segment in whole mainland China in line with strategic
plan of GGI growth initiatives.
‐ Provide leadership and focus on achievement of growth initiative within region and segment assigned.
‐ Manage preparation of technical and commercial proposal for complex project.
‐ Prepare business activity and forecast reports and delivers technical and commercial presentations for management
‐ Manage complete project process to improve hit rate and customer satisfaction
‐ Serve key OEM account to improve customer satisfaction, market share and gross margin.
‐ Solving field sealing performance issue.
‐ Monitors market intelligence and trends and get back to management.
‐ Develop new business in assigned region/territory/segment.
‐ Conduct business affairs with the highest standards of ethics and integrity
‐ Adheres to the Company’s Code of Conduct and other Company policies

Position Requirements
‐ Bachelor degree or above in Chemical Equipment, Material Engineering or other engineering field
‐ 6~8 year sales or business development experiences in industrial B2B environment.
‐ Fast learner for new technical knowledge and skills
‐ Outstanding communication skills
‐ Good English command in speaking and writing
‐ Must be sales process and result oriented.
‐ Team work and good self-management
‐ Be proactive and self-motivation.
‐ Frequently travel will be required within the responsible territory.
‐ Any of below qualification are preferred but not a must.
? O&G downhole tools design experiences
? High performance plastic or elastomer sealing industry experiences
? SAP C4C experience
? Key account management experiences
? Semicon equipment sales experiences
