职位描述：
MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES / 主要职责
1 Responsible for cross-function building up team on project plan, analysis and implement.
负责部门团队共同完成项目计划、分析及执行；
2 Ensure the advanced product quality planning (APQP) process is established, documented, implemented and followed according to QS-9000/TS16949 procedure.
？确保产品过程APQP建立，文件及实施严格按照QS-9000/TS16949要求；
3 Manage programs in accordance with TRW new product introduction management system requirements (GDPIM).
项目管理按照TRW产品项目管理系统要求
4 Serve as the expert in customer launch systems including timing, documentation and interaction.
做为项目专家为客户提供专业系统服务，如时间、设计、交流
5 Ensure the team develops/finalizes special characteristics, design reviews FMEA, establish actions to reduce potential failure modes, develop and/or reviews control plans and communicate variance to plan early so issues can be addressed.
确保团队发展/完成产品特性，FMEA，建立行动计划以减少产品潜在失效模式，改善控制计划，通过充分沟通及早识别问题。
6 Manage product launches for products both TRW internal customers and external customers.
管理TRW内部客户或外部客户的产品投放；
7 Maintain good communication within the Company, and between the Company and the customer.
建立公司内部团队，或外部客户良好沟通渠道；
8 Maintain program cost reporting against budget.
完成项目成本分析及预算报告；
9 Complete other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor/manager
完成主管/经理安排的其它任务

QUALIFICATION / 任职资格
1 Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering or related field.
工程类或相关专业本科毕业
2 Up five years related working experiences
五年以上相关工作经验
3 Good project management skills and strong leadership
良好的项目管理及较强的领导能力
4 Good command of English both oral and written
良好的英语能力（口语、书面）
5 Experience in MNC project management or NPI management skills, automotive function will be preferred.
