岗位职责：
购物中心卖场咨询、购物引导、礼品包装、播音及卖场巡场管理；
接受并处理简单的客诉（应急事件处理）；
会员卡的管理（录入、办卡）
代刷卡服务，停车卡、收银卷纸的领用；
是购物中心的窗口和靓丽风影线；
临时性开业庆典或重大活动接待工作。
任职要求：
女性。18-25岁，身高1.60以上，形象气质佳；
中专以上学历，一年以上工作经验；
普通话标准，声音甜美，有良好的语言表达及沟通能力，具较强亲和力；
具有良好的应变能力；
有较强的服务意识和良好的服务态度。
作息时间：不定时工作制，轮休
