主要职责:

1- 负责现场各工序的巡检。当操作工无法判断产品质量状态时，协助操作工进行判定。

2- 按照控制计划的要求，对各工序的产品进行抽样检测。对抽样检测的结果进行记录。

3- 当抽样检测发现不合格品时，及时通知相关人员。参与不合格品的分析和处理。

4- 当需要对产品进行分选时，协助分选人员进行产品检验。

5- 协助质量技术员，编制相关质量技术文件。

6- 协助质量技术员，负责现场信息的收集。

7- 记录日常不合格品信息，根据不合格品信息进行相应的统计。

知识技能：

资格:

1- 熟悉基本检测工具的使用，例如游标卡尺、千分尺等。

工作及教育经历：

1- 至少1年制造型企业中，检验工作经验。

2- 中专及以上学历，化学、机械或材料专业。
