职位描述：
? Understand customers’ needs and provide solutions that create customer value. Technical support to ABB Front-end Sales.
? Bidding documents and proposal working out, technical negotiation, contact signing
? Negotiate commercial and technical specification for the orders
? Receive and process export orders
? Liaise with planning to ensure the orders are produced to meet delivery dates
? Liaise with logistics to ensure the orders are delivered on time and cooperate on consolidating the orders and shipments
? Liaise with customers to ensure the specification for product and orders are correct
? Communicate effectively with customers in establishing all information about orders
? Process quotations, when required, and negotiate prices
? Update data in the system
? Maintain records of orders and transactions
Requirements/Qualifications:
? BS Degree in Electric Engineering prefer in the major of Electric Power System& Automation or High Voltage
? Strong communication skills and proven ability to team work.
? Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs.
? High proficiency in SAP and MS office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
? Fluent written and oral English both for business purpose and technical purpose.
