职位描述：

Job Responsibility：

1. Work independently to maintain E-HR system including staffing management, vacation management, payroll management areas and other support documents;

2. Consider the necessary to improve the system’s utilization and value, including standardizing the variance of report demand, upgrading reporting based on changed demand or new module implementation;

3. Calculate and deliver monthly payroll timely and accurately;

4. Execute daily C&B Operations and finish all related reports;

5. Work with vender to insure the expatriate salary and benefits calculation and payment;

6. Provide consultation service to employees on C&B operations related issues;

7. Support collect training needs and work out annual training plan;

8. Take care of the implementation of training program and realize process management;

9. Support in conduct job evaluation;

10. Employee Relationship Management;

11. Find talents according to each Department’s recruitment requisition;

12. Expand and improve the recruitment channels and post job ads;

13. Organise staff activities and build up excellent company culture;

14. Manage the administrative activities;

15. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years HR working experience in two modules of HR, salary or training module is first with Foreign - invested Companies ;

3. Good knowledge of the local labor laws and procedures;

4. Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software;

5. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;

6. Good business awareness and communication skill, open minded;

7. Service-oriented, team player, attention to details;

8. Good spoken and written English.
