职位描述：

Lead Engineering department achieve the targets in support of company business.

带领技术团队完成公司设定的目标，推动公司业务发展。

Develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve manufacturing processes and/or methods of manufacture which are capable of meeting and continuing to meet requirements for quality, cost, delivery rate and lead time

开发、实施、保持和持续改进生产流程和（或）生产方法，能够持续满足质量要求、成本要求、交付率和交货时间要求等；

1. Be responsible to identify opportunities for new or improved manufacturing processes to meet current or future requirements;

负责持续改进计划的制定与实施，以期在整个加工过程中做到最优化，满足目前及以后的加工要求；

2. Create, maintain elements of the Technical Package (technical instructions, programmes, tooling, etc.) which clearly define the manufacturing process and control it effectively;

创建、维护技术资料包（技术规范、程序，刀具等等），明确定义工艺加工流程，并使之高效运行；

3. Be responsible for the quotation according to the standard operational procedure with the target of acquiring the order.

按照标准流程，合理报价，获取订单。

4. Lead the NPI parts introduction;

领导完成新产品导入。

5. Establish, implement and maintain configuration management process;

负责建立、实施和保持适用于产品的技术状态管理过程；

6. Risk management;

风险管理；

7. Work with interfacing teams (Production teams, Quality teams, etc), partners and suppliers to ensure technical aspects of manufacturing processes are understood and accounted for as required;

与其他工作衔接团队（生产、质量），合作伙伴和供应商积极合作，以确保加工过程中的技术得以认同并在必要时予以确认和解释；

8. Assist the problem solving during the manufacturing process to ensure to meet the target of delivery and to increase the pass rate;

协助解决机械加工过程中出现的问题以确保完成交付目标，以及提高合格率；

9. Be responsible for all technical documentation management;

负责所有技术资料的管理；

10. Be responsible for leading and guiding the technical instruction and procedure compiling, ensure the documentation is comply with the quality assurance system;

领导并指导编制工艺相关程序文件，确保符合体系要求；

11. Ensure manufacturing processes comply with all legal requirements (regulatory, HS&E, etc) & customer requirements;

确保工艺加工过程遵守所有法律规范（规章制度，HSE要求等）以及客户需求。

Qualification任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above major in mechanical manufacturing/engineering;

大学本科及以上学历，机械制造/机械工程专业；

2. At least 5 years above in mechanical manufacturing industry, import & aerospace working experience is a plus;

至少5年以上机械加工制造业工作经验（从事外贸航空零件机械制造的优先）；

3. Familiar with manufacturing process and be capable of guiding the technical package compiling, CNC programming and tooling designing, etc.;

熟悉零件加工工艺，可指导进行工艺编制、数控程序编制、工装设计等；

4. Experience on working with partner and supplier quoting.

有与合作伙伴及供应商合作的工作经验；

5. Familiar with software of Mastercam and UG,

能熟练应用Mastercam，UG等软件；

6. Familiar with FANUC and Siemens system;

熟悉FANUC和西门子系统；

7. 具备管理经验，熟练使用技术管理工具和方法的优先，如8D，6 sigma, 精益生产等；

With the experience of leading a team, skilful for using the management tools and methods, such as 8D,6 sigma, lean production, etc.;

8. Good English communication skill, especially the comprehension ability for correct interpretation of the technical terminology/instruction;

具备英语书面交流能力，具备准确阅读理解英文标准的能力。
