职位描述：
？ BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Accounting, or equivalent fields;
？ 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, system design, project management, and related field;
？ Excellent oral and writing skills in both Chinese and English;
？ Excellent knowledge on project management, taxation, operating management, financial accounting, or related fields.
？ Far-sighted understandings of products and methodology. Be able to lead the product commercialization and methodology improvement.
？ Excellent sight on team building. Be able to build and maintain a professional and high efficient team.
？ Strong skills on leadership, communication, problem solving, and reporting. Be able to independently handle client relationship, and lead a team on the whole processes of a project and achieving the success.
