Mission
? Make sure that SAP master data well created and maintained.
? Make sure that SAP operation is in line with business and run smoothly.
? MRP maintain.
? Establish internal SAP training course system and user manual management and maintain.
? Coordinates stock management information to Management, develops solutions to mitigating shortage/overstock and decrease the risk of inventory.
? Provide the regular report to Management.
Functional Responsibilities
? Primary contact with SAP users to maintain master data.
? Primary contact with SAP users to improve the SAP operation and address the issues in a timely manner.
? Optimize SAP operation in line with business work flow. Identify improvement opportunities and implement successful changes on SAP process.
? MRP premeter maintain/running/analysis.
? Establish internal SAP training course system and regularly update user manual.
? Coordinates stock management information to Management, develops solutions to mitigating shortage/overstock and decrease the risk of inventory.
? Provide the regular report to Management.
? Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Qualification
? College degree or above
? 3 years work experience of logistics or supply chain, data analysis knowledge and supply chain experience.
? At least 3 years’ hands-on of SAP operation. Be familiar with MM & SD & CS module of SAP.
? Fluent in both written and spoken English.
? Professional PC skills for Excel, Word, PPT etc.
? Good communication skills and teamwork cooperative spirit.
