POSITION 职位
? Report to the General Manager office
MISSION 任务
? Monitor, keep operational and maintain the computer systems and networks of the company
? Guarantee the strict application of Aircelle security and confidentiality policy related to Information Technology
RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
? Participate to install and configure the computer hardware operating systems and applications
? Ensure the practices are compliant to the Aircelle Security and Confidentiality policy
? Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
? Diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical and applications problems
? Replace parts if necessary
? Develop a help desk service to operators, engineers or administration personnel
? Set up users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
? Respond within agreed time limit to call-out
? Establish weekly plan and summary of IT events
? Interface the IT service provider for any technical issue
? Support the roll-out of new applications
EDUCATION BACKGROUND AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES 教育背景和技术要求
? Bachelor Degree, IT majored preferred with five years working experience
? Good English language skills (C,S,W,R) )
? Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
? Capacity to analyse, problems solving
? Proficient Computer Skills

? Windows 7
? Office 2010 Pack
=>Enterprise Resource Planning software
