PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Source and develop investment project opportunities;
2.Maintain client relationship;
3.Assist in investment reporting,financial modeling and property inspection;
4.Assist in following up project with seniors;
5.Explore local real estate development and investment markets;
6.Other work-related tasks.


JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION
1.Bachelor degree or Master degree in real estate/finance/economics; overseas study experience a plus;Graduate with excellent academic record may be considered;
2.Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and gathering information from internet;
3.Strong language skills in both English and Chinese;
4.Strong inter-personal skill and team player
5.At least 1 year experience in financing / banking/real estate development/investment/project management;
6.Strong network of project sourcing as advanced.
