Company Introduction
PtC a leading Company Registration firm in China, with it's 6 locations: Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Hong Kong within the country. PtC helping foreign investors establishing their business presences in China. PtC provides business consulting services for clients interested in starting their business in China and assist companies interested in China market to establishing and structuring their entities in China. PtC is a specialist in guiding small, medium size, and family-owned businesses to start & expand their operations in China market.


Position Summary:

The role of Implementation Manager is based in China. The position is responsible for assisting clients with setting up their operations in China, including legal entity, payroll, and accounting setups. The role will involve client facing activities, communication with other COMPANY team members. Email will be the main method of communication, and the content will often be highly technical. This role will be managed and monitored on a day to day basis by the regional partner.

The role will typically involve setting up a legal entity in China, and coordinating the decision making and provision of information that is required by the client (a technical understanding of component parts of the incorporation process will need to be quickly developed). The necessary in-country registrations are defined and coordinated. The process by which COMPANY meets a client’s regular payroll, accounting and other needs of the entity are established and documented in a professional manner.



Major Responsibilities: The specific key duties of the position that state what the individual is required to accomplish in the position

This role will be expected to:

1. Take a written brief and translate that into a series of distinct tasks, which are the basis for a documented project plan
2. Establish from internal resources and with reference to LSPs what information is required for each part of the project plan
3. Prepare client facing correspondence and documents for action.
4. Constant monitoring of all open projects, and an ability to identify and act on short term priorities
5. Strong adherence to pre-defined processes and communication channels



Additional Responsibilities: These statements reflect minor duties of the job, but are not necessarily all-inclusive. Employees will be required to perform additional tasks, work in other areas, and support other departments as needed.

1. Assist other departments in troubleshooting issues and or resolving technical queries with team members.
2. Other miscellaneous initiatives that may from time to time arise in our fast-growing firm

       
Qualifications:

1. Strong project management skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects of various diverse scopes in a cross-functional environment.
2. Thorough knowledge and understanding of business principles, processes and technology.
3. Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions.
4. Experience effectively communicating both orally and in writing with senior level clients, associates and management
5. Fluent English communication skills
6. Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding.
8. Project management skills
9. Preferred Degree in Business, Tax, Finance or Accounting
