These Mechanical Engineer positions are responsible for mechanical design, development, and qualification testing and reporting of aircraft electric power distribution assemblies.

Duties and Responsibilities 职务和职责:
- Create new products and improve existing products for the aerospace industry.
设计和改进航空工业产品。
- Create and maintain solid models of product designs.
创建和维护产品实体模型。
- Utilize CAD software for the creation of detailed drawings.
运用CAD软件创建，检查及管理详细工程图 。
- Responsible for reviewing detailed drawings as well as incorporating Engineering Changes (ECs).

- Conduct geometric tolerance analysis on designs, components and assemblies.

- Manage conceptual and detail mechanical design using CATIA V5.
运用CATIA V5.进行概念设计和详细机械设计。
- Prepare, participate, and present in Design Reviews involving international partners and international customers.

- Plan and execute development and qualification testing. Write test procedures and test reports.

- Transition designs to manufacturing and provide production support.

- Creation of assembly Bill of Materials (BOM) and optimization of product weight

- Compliance to industry and company design standards.

- Work side-by-side with the other mechanical, electrical and manufacturing engineers to incorporate all their requirements into the design.

Qualifications and Experience 任职资格和经验:
Education 教育
- BSME (or above) with 2-5 years and previous experience in mechanical design
机械工程学士学位（或以上），拥有2至5年相关工作经验。

Related Work Experience 相关工作经验
- Mechanical design of aircraft or automotive power distribution assemblies is a plus.
具有航空电源配电总成方面机械设计经验者优先。
- Familiarity with packaging of electric power distribution equipment and design of aircraft power distribution assemblies is a plus.
熟悉飞机配电设计、组装和包装者优先。
- CAD experience, CATIA V5 knowledge is required.
拥有CAD软件使用经验，熟练掌握CATIA V5者尤佳。
- Proficient in GDT (geometric dimensioning and tolerance) in Compliance with ANSI Y14.5-1994.
精通GDT（几何尺寸和公差）合规ANSI Y14.5-1994。
- Knowledge of high power connectors, bus bars and aircraft interfaces is a plus.
懂大功率电源连接器，汇流条和航空设计者优先。
- Working knowledge of modelling electrical and mechanical components /wiring, mechanical design.

- Competency in mechanical design, heat transfer and structural design concepts.

- Experience conducting product qualification environmental testing
