Job Overview:
? The NPI Product Engineer will be responsible for QCOM IC NPI development in product engineering area. A strong understanding of IC flows, wafer processing, testing, and qualification is expected. An ideal NPI-product engineer should also be a highly motivated, fast learner, team player with good communication skills


Duties/Responsibilities:
? New products development from project planning, IC qualification, data review, production release, test time reduction and yield improvement
? New products reliability solution development & support
? New products DPPM correlation, and product correlation between system and ATE
? Trouble-shooting on different failure mode and test coverage improvement on ATE and SLT
? Production sustaining support includes production program upgrade and release, lot disposition, extended test time reduction and yield improvement, RMA analysis, etc.

Qualifications:
? BS Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or Computer Engineering, MS preferred
? Good communication skills in English
? Highly motivated, fast learner, team player with good communication skills
? Knowledge in IC flows, wafer processing, testing, and qualification as a plus
? Familiar with new product correlation & release into production as a plus
? Experience of IC product qualification is a plus
? Knowledge in BT/WiFi/Ethernet/SOC Communication IC products and test as a plus
? Knowledge on wireless communication protocol is a plus
