职位描述：
一、主要工作内容：
* 监控、维护、运行污水处理系统（包括蒸发器）。完成每天的日常检查记录；
* 根据相关环保法律法规和公司程序来处理废液。维护相关记录，并存档；
* 定期查看污水处理设备状况，报告异常状况；
* 管理污水处理区域库存。确保所有的废弃物都是按照类型和兼容性进行存放。检查废液桶之间的距离、桶上的标签是否恰当、吨桶 是否密封等事项；
* 定期对pH探头和电导率探头进行校准；
* 每周对废液临时存放区域进行检查。如实记录发现项，并通知相关人员进行处理
*对维修部门需要进行的特殊作业提供安全监护，特殊作业包括： 工艺系统作业、登高作业、受限空间作业、带电作业、挂牌锁定作业、动土作业、动火作业、设备检维修作业等特殊作业。
*协助电力和维修团队工作
*指定分配的维修工单
*维修系统管道和泵（Yamada, Grundfos, Iwaki）的维修
*安全经理和维修经理安排的其他工作

二、任职要求：
1. 2~3年污水处理工作经验
2. 大专以上学历，有化学工作背景优先
3. 了解安全、环保、职业卫生相关的法律法规；
4. 具有电焊证优先
5. 具备良好的英语听说读写能
6. 能够操作MS Office software办公软件
7. 熟练掌握语法等知识
8. 能够：
>主管与部门同事很好地合作
>团队合作/独立完成任务的能力
>按时出勤



Specific Job Requirements:

* Monitor, maintain and operate the wastewater treatment system (including evaporator). Take daily readings, collect charts/data.
* Treating wastes based on the related environmental protection laws and regulations, company waste management procedures. Keep all necessary records and logs in complete and legible form.
* Check the status of waste treatment equipment. Report the abnormal status.
* Manage the inventory of the Waste Treatment Areas. Ensure that all wastes are stacked by type and compatibility. Ensure that correct isles spacing is maintained, labels are correct and facing isles, and all container closures are tightly sealed. The waste treatment area will be neat, orderly, clean and compliant at all time.
* Calibrate the pH sensor and conductivity sensor on a regular basis.
* Inspect satellite waste accumulation areas at least weekly. Deficiencies will be documented and immediately corrected. Area supervisors must be informed of significant issues or trends.
* Safety watch
* Assist electricity and maintenance team
* Maintenance work order assigned
* Maintenance system Piping and pumping (Yamada, Grundfos, Iwaki) maintenance
* Other company required works arranged by EHSS or Maintenance Manager.


Essential Abilities, Experience, Skills:

* 2~3 years waste treatment operating/ maintenance experience is required.
* Junior college degree, chemical working background is preferred.
* Know the laws and regulations related to Chinese Safety Work, Environmental Protection, Occupational Health.
* Welding certificate is preferred:
* Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English is preferred
* Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software.
* Working knowledge of arithmetic and grammar.
* Ability to:
Work courteously, respectfully and cooperatively with supervisors and co-workers.
Work as a team and/or independently.
