职位描述：
1. Carry out all purchasing activities as it pertains to indirect procurement in the assigned site.
2. Assist in develop and execution of indirect procurement strategies for the designated commodities
3. Identify and implement cost improvement initiatives to meet annual savings objectives
4. Report purchasing performance to the corporate office as assigned
5. Manage supplier relationships and develop strategic supply base for the assigned indirect commodities
6. Support general enterprise activities and other duties as assigned
7. Occasional regional travel may be required.

职位要求：
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Management etc.
2. 5 years of experience in business environment, 4 years in purchasing.
3. Some experience in the specialized field of indirect procurement
4. Excellent communication skills and effective interpersonal skills
5. Effective and consistent follow-up skills
6. Demonstrated negotiation skills
7. Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
8. Demonstrated multi-tasking and project management abilities
9. Excellent Excel skills, prior experience with ERP system preferred
10. Bi-lingual with English proficiency 75% or higher (required). Additional languages preferred. 举报 分享
