Job Description

[Essential Function]

   To serves as overall client relationship manager and strategic business partner responsible for developing and expanding new business opportunities with customers. Oversees process of procurement of business, delivering top line business development performance for PAREXEL and allowing the organization to achieve or exceed targets.

[Key Accountabilities]

   - Maintain close contact with existing and potential customers to identify needs and market solutions

   - Achieve a clear understanding of a customer needs and objectives through understanding market and technical researches

   - Serve as liaison with production departments to achieve balance between the needs and the services produces

   - Avail market updated and customer services feedback and to be involved in product innovation and development

   - To keep service department well informed of progress and changes in plans

Job Qualifications

[Skills]

   - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills also in English.

   - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and function effectively as a team member.

   - Highly customer oriented by providing excellent customer service and solution (internal/external).

   - Ability to liaise with senior management within both PAREXEL and client companies in a professional manner.

   - Willingness to work in a matrix environment and value the importance of teamwork.

   - Experience with Microsoft based applications and general knowledge of PC functions.

 [Minimum Work Experience]

   - 2 years of sales/marketing related working experience in CRO preferred

   - Knowledge of clinical trials environment / Clinical Research experience preferred

   

 [Education]

   - Bachelor or Master of Biology/Medicine/Pharmacology/Business

   - With science background is a plus
