职位描述:
1. Organize and run department well to support company the business development.
2. Responsible for department team construction and management, improve the team's skills
3. Yearly HR planning and implementation including resource plan, training plan, budget plan in related to actual business needs;
4. Organize the activities of defining department function and establish job description for each position;
5. Employee data management: sort and keep all employee data including personal information, labor contract, performance evaluation records; ensure the accurate and authenticity of the personnel files;
6. Accurate and timely calculation and payment for employee salary, allowance and bonus, etc.;
7. Responsible for evaluating and assessing employee qualification and performance. Based on the performance appraisal result to conduct salary adjustment, bonus distribution etc;
8. Responsible for solving labor disputes and associated legal issue;
9. Searching report and termination interview analysis to ensure the effective recruiting;
10. Keep working on the improvement of the training effectiveness and internal trainer’s development;
11. Continuously plans, updates and improves for HR management policies, procedures and process, based on change of reality;
12. Work closely with management teams as a strategic business partner to ensure HR strategies are aligned to support the growth and profitability of the business including HR program regarding attracting, developing and retaining people.

岗位要求:
1. Bachelor or above degree in related major;
2. At least 8 years working experience in HR function and at least 3 years as Managers;
3. At least 5 years working in foreign enterprises/organization;
4. HR professional with skills and generalist experience in recruiting, training, C&B, performance management, employee relationship, company culture, and employee development;
5. Systematic HR knowledge on HR tools , process, and programs;
6. Strong analytical ability, leadership and management skills, has experience working with cross-functional teams to effectively execute projects;
7. Self-starter and good team player, with good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills;
8. Able to drive change and continuous improvement. Proactive, innovative, well organize and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
9. Able to work in English.
