职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
? As a business partner to work closely with business divisions for developing and executing human resources initiatives.
? Perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to staffing, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, employee relations etc.
? Develop, execute and review Human Resources policies and procedures and ensure compliance in accordance with related regulatory requirements.
? Identify areas for improvement and in turn to drive for positive results.  Provide HR advice to management team and employees on HR related topics.
? Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

Experience: At least 8 years of solid experience in HR management and 3 years or above in a managerial position. (preferably in an international organization and fashion or retail industry)

Education:   University degree in Human resources or equivalent 举报 分享
