职位描述：
？ Ensure high level of quality and safety compliance for equipment in mixing/DI water workshop.
？ Drive day-to-day mixing/DI water maintenance business
？ s result through end to end collaboration.
？ Seek opportunity to improve equipment reliability for maintenance cost reduction.
？ Deliver CIP target.
？ Ensure to achieve OEE target.
？ NC reduction and CAPA completion on line
？ Flawless implementation for preventive maintenance.
？ Establish and improve preventive maintenance master plan based on FMECA reference.
？ Voice of costumer for continuing improvement.
？ Audit readiness through day to day maintenance excellence
？ Support NPD NPI and Automation project.

？ Education: Bachelor degree with major in engineering & Mechanical or above
？ Language: Proficient in English
？ Experience:
1. Around 3-5 years of maintenance or automation project related work experience in Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical or related healthcare industry.
2. Good understanding of mixing and DI water process and equipment.
3. Know well for Manufacturing Equipment Excellence program as well as computerize maintenance management system.
4. Good capability to monitor & review trend, analyse and report data and recommend appropriate actions.
5. Basis knowledge of Good Hygienic Practices, Microbiology and GMP, Quality system.
？ Competence / Specific knowledge
1. Strong leadership and ownership, well communication & team collaboration skills, complexity/change handling, negotiation, good analytical skill/logical thinking.
2. Project management experiences or PMP knowledge.
3. Good presentation skills
4. Self-sufficient and proactive
