职位描述：
1. Comply with VALMET purchasing rules and purchasing catalogue
遵从VALMET采购规则、采购目录
2. The existing suppliers can not meet the requirements, can inquire to the qualified supplier
已有的供应商不能满足要求下，可向合格的供应商询价
3. Responsibilities: compare the cost, ensure the purchase price is reasonable： make the order in time,；control the purchase cost and period
职责是：比较费用，确保采购单价格为合理的价位；及时下订单；控制采购成本及周期
4. Make order and keep up date in Baan system
由Baan系统下订单，并进行维护
5. Handling the relevant bill and payment matters
处理法票和付款事宜
6. Using databases and Baan system based on SOP
根据SOP使用数据库和Baan
7. Take part in the review of existing suppliers in accordance with ISO 9001
根据国际标准9001,参与对现有供应商进行审核
8. Keep following up supplier delivery, ensure meet the production schedule, and record the actual delivery date in the system
时时跟踪供应商交货，确保满足生产需求，维护系统中实际交付日期
9. Timely deal with the quality problems of the purchased products and user feedback.
及时处理采购产品质量问题、用户反馈。
10. Be able to assist warehouse daily management and maintenance, and material receiving and receiving counting
协助仓库的日常管理维护,物料的收发清点
11. The weekly report did not place an order
周报未下订单
12. The monthly report for 1 pass rate, price deviation, OTD, claim
月报1次合格率，价格偏离，OTD，索赔
13. Continue to optimize the process, reduce costs and shorten the purchasing period
持续优化本岗位流程，逐步降低成本、缩短采购周期
14. Know all the HSE items related to the position, and strictly follow them in work process
了解所有与职位相关的HSE规范，在工作过程中严格遵照执行
15. All other tasks assigned by line manager or company
完成其他由上级主管或公司安排的工作或任务

任职要求：
1.      Over Junior College大专以上
2.      more than 3 years working experience  3年或以上相关工作经验
3.      Excellent computer skill.  能熟练使用电脑进行日常工作
4.      Able to do the daily work in English language smoothly
         能熟练使用英语进行日常工作
5.      Familiar with automation parts熟悉自动化部件
6.      Knowledge in general purchasing principle具有基本的采购原则知识
7.      Good communication and negotiation skills良好的沟通和谈判技巧
8.      Knowledge and experience in ERP systems具有ERP系统的知识
9.      Know ISO 9001， ISO14001&OHSAS18001 system requirements
