职位描述：
1、负责公司产业园项目的经营目标按计划完成，控制公司的经营风险，做好整体管控工作；
2、全面负责项目财务核算管理、资产管理、投资管理、融资管理，组织建立健全公司财务管理、会计核算、稽核审计、投资融资等有关制度，监督各项制度的实施和执行；
3、对项目投融资决策提供数据分析及预测依据，对项目资金安全运行提供风险预警，按要求合规财务报表等；
4、组织做好会计核算及经济活动分析，编写经济活动分析报告，提出改进意见和建议，为公司经营决策提供依据；
5、组织做好产业园项目税务筹划工作，保证公司税负合理；
6、负责与政府部门对接和沟通协调工作。

任职资格：
1、年龄35-48岁，本科及以上学历，会计学、财务管理等相关专业，5年以上大型企业财务管理相关工作经验，有高级会计师及以上职称；
2、具有全面的财务专业知识、财务处理及财务管理经验，熟悉会计准则以及相关的财务、税务、审计法规政策精通国家财税法律规范，具备优秀的职业判断能力和丰富的财会项目分析处理能力；
3、为人正直、责任心强、细致严谨；
4、较强的组织能力、领导能力、操控力及决策力。
