Principal Responsibilities/主要职责
1. According to casting or raw material, work out the whole machining process and method by machining drawing, and compile related process file.
2. Make design and prototype of fixture, and get fixture manufactured, Recognize and report blueprint errors for correction, Installation and debugging to get the final proper fixture for mass production.
3. Selection proper cutting tools according to process. Capability, economic return, lead time, and efficiency should also be considered.
4. Use software to design and compile right program, lead trial run to get right product.
5. Daily technical support to machining workshop, troubleshooting for fixture and programming, to keep continuous production and lower shut down time.
6. Leading the process improvement to support cost productivity activities, including parameter & program optimization, change over reduction, fixture renew, cutting tool assessment and redesign, process balance and operator training.
Requirements/职位需求
1. Be skilled for mechanical design, can use CAD software expertly, such as AutoCAD, Solid works, UG, especially for Solid works.
2. Perform high skill for NC system, especially for FANUC system, should be very familiar with program, can conduct software programming and online manual programming skillfully.
3. Perform highly skilled machining operation ability, can conduct unusual and difficult setup to maintain tolerances and fits, with profound experience on CNC milling and lathe.
4. Have solid background with machine set up, change over, parameter optimization, cutting tool selection, can design special cutting tools, and work with a wide variety of materials such as brass, stainless steel, plastic, aluminum.
5. Have proved ability to design and build fixture for CNC machine, with 3+ years independent design and debugging experience. Can do design work without any aid and manufacture fixtures by in-house machines.
6. Have solid experience for similar position at least 5 years. And can understand English mechanical drawing and file clearly, has basic written and oral English ability.
