职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 遵守EHSS经理的指示，保证符合相关环境、健康、安全和安保法律。
2. EHSS巡检：执行EHSS日常安全巡检，对巡检中发现的：人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态和异常的设备问题进行记录，与相关部门做好沟通，采取纠正措施，对措施完成情况进行跟踪。
3. 安全设备管理：安排现有安全设备的定期巡检，比如洗眼器、急救箱、泄漏收集桶、灭火器、消火栓等。做好相关记录、存档。联系外部第三方安排灭火器进行年检。
4. EHSS培训：进行EHSS 一级、二级培训以及程序培训，同时也负责对第三方的物流公司危货司机及押运员进行培训。
5. 承包商控制及培训。作为/安排相应的承包商陪同人员或监护人员。
6. 保存特种设备证件和相关记录。
7. 管理劳保用品仓库。
8. 监督特殊作业许可证的办理。
9. 对生产部门和维修部门进行定期的作业风险分析。
10. 翻译EHSS文件。
11. EHSS经理安排的其它事项。

要求:
1. 3年以上化工行业EHSS经验；
2. 环境工程、安全工程以及化学工程等相关专业，本科学历。
3. 了解国家对有关安全、环保、职业健康等方面的相关规定。
4. 有ISO14001和OHSAS18001经验者优先
5. 具备以下证件优先：
国家注册安全工程师证
危化行业安全生产管理人员资格证
6. 具有一定的英语读写能力以及口语能力。英语6级。
7. 能够熟练应用各种办公软件。

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Ensure E***ironment Health Safety and Security regulatory compliance as directed by the EHSS manager.
* EHSS Patrol: Perform EHSS daily patrol, record the unsafety behavior, 5S items and abnormal equipment found during the patrol, record the corrective action, communicate it with the affected departments and follow-up the corrective action.
* Safety Equipment Management: Arrange the monthly inspection of the existing safety equipment, like safety shower, first aid, spill kit, fire extinguisher, fire hose and so on. Keep the inspection record on file. Arrange the fire extinguisher annual inspection.
* EHSS training: Perform EHSS level 1 training, level 2 training, procedure training, the third-party Logistics Company driver and escorted person training.
* Contractor control and training. Perform and schedule Contractor Escort and Safety Watch.
* Maintain Special Equipment certifications and records.
* Manage PPE I***entory.
* Monitoring of Jobs Requiring Permits.
* Perform JSA to the production department and mainte***ce department.
* Translate EHSS documents.
* Other company required works arranged by EHSS Manager.


Essential Abilities, Experience, Skills:


* 3 years of experience about EHSS in Chemical Industry.
* Bachelor degree of Science in E***ironmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, and Chemical Engineering.
* Know the laws and regulations related to Chinese Safety Work, E***ironmental Protection, Occupational Health.
* ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 knowledge is required.
* The following certificate is preferred:
National Safety Engineer Certificate;
Dangerous Chemical Industry Safety Management Person Certificate.
* Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English. CET 6 is required.
* Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software.
* Working knowledge of arithmetic and grammar.
* Ability to:
Work courteously, respectfully and cooperatively with supervisors and co-workers.
Work as a team and/or independently.
