Job purpose:

Execution of the Purchasing process for Facility Operation Service and MRO Service across all legal entities and regions in China, especially bidding preparation, cost comparison, price negotiations, supplier performance evaluation in line with purchasing policies, procedures and other regulations.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Support commodity manage to deploy commodity strategy and concrete action plan.

2. In charge of the daily purchasing case for Facility Operation service and Office Supply service (the scope may be enlarged to MRO later).

3. Influence the procurement of goods and services to achieve the best possible negotiation result by early liaison with specialist departments concerning procurement processes and choice of suppliers.

4. Receive the Purchasing Request and Description from internal customer and send RFP/RFQ to the suppliers within the preferred vendor pool.

5. Conduct the bidding process and contract negotiation, ensure all transactions and activities are accurate and compliant with SOP.

6. Maintain the transaction database, improve the performance of supplier and optimize the vendor pool.

7. Keep the high efficiency work and work independently; insure the whole transaction operation process within the lead time.

8. Find innovative ways to simplify the reports and utilize time to identify newer ways to analyze the sourcing issues.

9. Streamline purchasing process to increase synergies by bundling of PR to reduce low value orders and increase savings.

Basic Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in engineering, Commerce, supply chain management etc;

2. 5 years’ business non-production procurement background is preferred;3 years’ business Facility management service purchase is preferred;

3. Good communication and Data analytical skills;

4. Strong customer focus, relationship management with key stakeholders, persuasive, negotiating, proactive;

5. Good command of MS Office Tools (i.e. excel, ppt);

6. Experience and success at working in teams and in cross functional roles

7. Basic English are required, both in written and verbal
