职位描述：
1.对全院医疗活动全过程进行计划、组织、协调和控制，使其经常处于***状态，以达到取得***医疗效率和医疗效果的目的。
　　2.深入医疗、医技科室，了解和掌握有关诊断、治疗和检查情况，督促医疗任务的完成和新技术、新疗法的应用，不断提高医疗质量。
　 3.负责制定有关医疗管理的制度、文件和办法，解释相关医疗政策，督促检查医疗、医技科室各项规章制度和医疗常规的落实和实施情况，组织科室间协作，严防医疗差错事故的发生。
　　4.负责组织实施临时性院外医疗、宣传、咨询等任务和下乡支农，负责基层单位的技术指导工作以及上级部门下达的指令性任务。
　　5.与党办共同进行医德医风教育，创佳评差工作，纠正行业不正之风。
　 6.负责组织住院医师规范化培训专业理论试题命题工作，并同人事部共同组织住院医师专业外语、专业理论及实践技能考核，执业医师的考核、发证以及全院医疗、医技人员的业务考核，提高业务技术水平。
　 7.定期检查全院病案质量，及时推广先进的病案书写方法(表格病历、电子病历)。
　 8.承担健康教育和全院职工的医疗保健工作，组织安排本单位职工的健康体检，建立健康档案，对查出问题安排诊治，并施以必要的跟踪防治;负责本院的计划生育工作。
　 9.负责全院住院病历的管理各项医疗统计指标的统计工作;为临床一线提供临床科研资料，接待有关部门、患者及家属对病例的复印工作。

任职要求：
1、临床、护理等医疗相关专业毕业，有1年级以上相关工作经验优先。
2、熟练使用Word，Excel，PPT等办公软件。
