职位描述：
一、主要工作内容：
* 监控、维护、运行污水处理系统（包括蒸发器）。完成每天的日常检查记录；
* 根据相关环保法律法规和公司程序来处理废液。维护相关记录，并存档；
* 定期查看污水处理设备状况，报告异常状况；
* 管理污水处理区域库存。确保所有的废弃物都是按照类型和兼容性进行存放。检查废液桶之间的距离、桶上的标签是否恰当、吨桶 是否密封等事项；
* 定期对pH探头和电导率探头进行校准；
* 每周对废液临时存放区域进行检查。如实记录发现项，并通知相关人员进行处理
*负责维修相关工作
*领导安排的其他事宜

二、任职要求：
1. 3年以上污水处理工作经验
2. 本科及以上学历，环境工程、安全工程和化学工程等相关专业
3. 了解安全、环保、职业卫生相关的法律法规；
4. 具有以下资格证书或经验优先：
>危化行业安全生产管理人员资格证；
>叉车操作人员证;
>具备ISO14001和OHSAS18001审核经验者优先
5. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，英语4级及以上
6. 熟练操作MS Office software办公软件
7. 熟练掌握语法等知识
8. 能够：
>主管与部门同事很好地合作
>团队合作/独立完成任务的能力
>按时出勤

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Wear all prescribed and appropriate PPE needed to protect the health and safety of the technician and co-workers.
* Follow all written procedures and oral directions. The technician will resolve routine questions and problems while bringing more complex issues to the attention of the manager or designee.
* Perform all job duties to the best of his/her ability while setting a positive example of conformance with MLDCI Company policies and EHSS laws/regulations. It is the employee’s responsibility to immediately bring concerns or potential problems to the attention of the EHSS Manager or other supervision depending on the issue. The manager may require the information in written form.
* Be courteous, tactful and cooperative with co-workers, supervision, contractors and visitors.
* Maintain physical condition and health to be able to timely perform assigned job duties.
* Regular and punctual attendance is expected to accomplish the critical mission of the department.

Specific Job Requirements:

* Monitor, maintain and operate the wastewater treatment system (including evaporator). Take daily readings, collect charts/data.
* Treating wastes based on the related e***ironmental protection laws and regulations, company waste management procedures. Keep all necessary records and logs in complete and legible form.
* Check the status of waste treatment equipment. Report the abnormal status.
* Manage the i***entory of the Waste Treatment Areas. Ensure that all wastes are stacked by type and compatibility. Ensure that correct isles spacing is maintained, labels are correct and facing isles, and all container closures are tightly sealed. The waste treatment area will be neat, orderly, clean and compliant at all time.
* Calibrate the pH sensor and conductivity sensor on a regular basis.
* Inspect satellite waste accumulation areas at least weekly. Deficiencies will be documented and immediately corrected. Area supervisors must be informed of significant issues or trends.
* Perform EHSS daily patrol, record the unsafety behavior, 5S items and abnormal equipment found during the patrol, communicate it with the affected departments and follow-up the corrective action.
* Arrange the inspection of safety equipment, like safety shower, first aid, spill kit, fire extinguisher, fire hose and so on. Keep the inspection record on file.
* Be responsible for the related EHSS training, like EHSS level 1 training, level 2 training, procedure training, the third-party Logistics Company driver and escorted person training,
* Be responsible for the outside contractor work, apply for the work permit and perform safety training and the related safety work.
* Be responsible for the translation of EHSS documents.
* Other company required works arranged by EHSS Manager.

Essential Abilities, Experience, Skills:

* 3 years working experiences about EHSS in chemical industry, 2 years waste treatment experience is preferred.
* Bachelor degree of Science in E***ironmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, and Chemical Engineering.
* Know the laws and regulations related to Chinese Safety Work, E***ironmental Protection, Occupational Health.
* Dangerous chemical industry safety management person certificate is required;
* ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 knowledge is preferred.
* The following certificate is preferred:
National Safety Engineer Certificate;
Forklift Driver Certificate;
* Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English, CET 4 is required
* Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software.
* Working knowledge of arithmetic and grammar.
* Ability to:
Work courteously, respectfully and cooperatively with supervisors and co-workers.
Work as a team and/or independently.
