Content and Program Excellence
? Owns responsibilities for online and social media message and messaging as well as programs design and implementation control including websites, SEO, weChats, Chinese twitter, email, Baidupedia, Baidu Knowhow and other communities to drive impression and leads.
? Practice digital analytics skills (web analytics/social listening) to support content development/program design
? Supports and leads concepts and copy as directed in the project/program brief
? Establishes and communicates conceptual and stylistic direction on projects to creative teams to execute powerful digital solutions for marketing communication needs.
? Seeks creative solutions to present information beyond traditional formats, including infographics, graphs, images or charts, multi-media tools.
? Makes engaging and shareable content in different platforms.
? Works with other functional teams and Business Units (BUs) to optimize insights and establish continuity in branding and voice.
Marketing Communications (Functional) Effectiveness
? Encourages best practices for message consistency. Reinvents less.
? Oversees proofreading, editing and copy excellence
? Creates and maintains brand voice and crafts brand messages across all platforms.
? Documents and maintains processes and content repositories.
? Ensures coordination and collaboration with Honeywell Corporate level initiatives.
? Identifies emerging trends and technologies and recommends appropriately.
? Works within project budgets and drives inhouse efforts
Brand Compliance
? Develops, establishes and enforces a Honeywell editorial style in consultation with Marcom leaders and Corp Communications. Communicates throughout Marketing organizations.
? Work with Marketing Communications and Corporate Communications to optimize and adapt standards for business needs.
? Assesses quality of work through processes for proofing, consistency, and Honeywell brand compliance.
Position Profile
Creative/communications professional with a writing background and 5 years of
experience developing comprehensive digital communication programs in agency and/or
corporate environments.
Basic Qualifications
? BA/BS degree in English, Journalism, Literature, Advertising or related field.
? 5+ years in creating integrated B2B and B2C communications in a complex channel
environment.
? 5+ years in writing for websites, SEO and social
? Good digital analytics skills
? Understanding of creative processes across entire Marcom mix.
? Mix of corporate and agency experience preferred.
? Strong project management skills.
? Strong personal user of social media.
? Strong writing, communication and presentation skills.
? Fluent in English.
? Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly establish and maintain rapport.
? Global experience. Familiarity with translation and cross-cultural issues to leverage global
resources
Additional Qualifications
? Retail, trade, B2B expertise.
? Strong planning skills.
? Ability to motivate cross-functional teams, and the capacity to work in a geographically
dispersed organization.
? Conflict resolution and integrative bargaining skills.
