职位描述：
？ MANAGEMENT OF PROCESS
- Review production process and perform process standard work analysis.
- Participate to set up appropriate process control plan and PFMEA.
- Periodically review process stability and capability to support production on better quality and cost performance.
- Effectively collecting process data to find out potential process risk and improvement opportunities.
- Basic equipment management and troubleshooting support for equipment problem
- Using Six sigma and Lean methodology to carry out continuous improvement.
- Adherence to the new technology and provides technical solution to plant requests
- Other responsibilities defined in written procedures
- Coordinate with Quality and other related department for the product qualification
- Be responsible for the equipment qualification & calibration
- Prepare a detailed mainte***ce plan based on the CMMS & Spare parts management (reviewing, purchasing, maintaining…)

？ EXECUTION
- Effectively manage human resource, material, and capital resources to meet quality, EH&S, product and process improvement targets
- Use best practices and new technologies to achieve company target.
- Develop cost reduction programs and Process improvement projects.
- Use PE tools to maximize productivity and efficiency of the responsible areas.
？ QUALITY
- Ensure that company quality standards are achieved and maintained.
- Maintain subordinates’ awareness and i***olvement in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), YY003300, ISO 9002, ISO13485and ISO 14002.
- Ensure that the specified procedures, process and systems.
？ COMPLIANCE
- Ensure fulfillment of the Quality System, appropriate corrective and preventive actions are identified and executed to improve quality results in the responsible area.
- Ensure fulfillment of all safety, industrial hygiene, e***ironmental and labor regulatory requirements.
？ FI***CIAL
- Make good estimation of expenses in supervisor responsibility.
- Drive identification and successfully implement cost improvement projects (CIP’s).
- Fulfill all business plan HC, expenses, and other obligations.
？ COMMUNICATION
- Maintain effective liaison with other departments.
- Keep immediate superior fully informed of all relevancy.
- Maintain a two-way channel of communication between the mechanician /engineer and engineering manager.
？ HOUSEKEEPING AND MISCELLANEOUS
- Maintain a high standard of order and cleanliness in office areas (document arrangement).
- Conduct internal audits, verification and validation by working with Production and QA Dept.
- Seek to learn of new techniques in mainte***ce with a view to create new improved methods.


COMPLEXITY:
The level of problem solving ability required for this job. (Please. tick)

？ BA/BS or equivalent. Major in process, material or relative majority.
？ 3 or more years’ experience in process management.
？ Have the concept of 6 Sigma or Lean production
？ Requires practical, first-hand experience in successfully applying Lean tools such as JIT, 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to create value improvement gains.
？ Prefer prior experience in medical/food related manufacturing company with knowledge of ISO & GMP requirements.
？ Ability to master complexity and ambiguity in a dynamic e***ironment
？ Results driven and decisive, proactive, responsive
？ Ability to communicate and coordinate within and between departments.
？ Strong analytical and communication skills.
