POSITION 职位
? Report to the Production Manager
MISSION 任务
? Ensure that all the means (human resources, equipments and tools, materials and components) are available to allow assembly of nacelle components and nacelle subassemblies in order to meet the quality and schedule targets
? Anticipate any potential deviation or issue and define solution to meet targets in coordination with Quality and Process department
RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
? Establish proper human resource allocation plan to the assembly program and in respect to their ability and qualification
? Ensure that the operators abide by the Working Instruction Sheet (WIS), the Quality requirements and the Health, Safety and E***ironment instructions
? Interface the Human Resource department for personnel management issue (attendance, inactivity, overtime, vacation) and establish related reports
? Interface the Logistics and Planning administrator for procurement of mechanical equipment and tools, Personal Protective Equipment, materials and consumables
? Interface with the mainte***ce engineer for necessary equipment or tool repair and global systems inefficiency or malfunction (compressed air, vacuum system)
? Establish Purchase request for specific additional needs
? Identify and schedule in coordination with Quality department the training plan of operators for their qualification / re qualification (Quality Passport)
? Ensure the workshop remains clean and keeps tidy and the operators keep in good conditions their equipment and personal tool kit
? Coordination with quality and Process department all industrial actions to prevent non conformities occurrence and participate to non conformities salvation
? Ensure the production information are set into the Enterprise Resource Planning data system and well input into the Job Order routing Card (JOC)
EDUCATION BACKGROUND AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES 教育背景和技术要求
? Bachelor Degree
? Good English language skills (C,S,W,R)
? Knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly process in Aeronautics
? Knowledge of HSE issues
? Organizational skills
? Capacity to analyse and to synthesize, problems solving
? Proficient Computer Skills in Microsoft Office Programs (Words, PowerPoint, Excel)
