职位描述：
POSITION
? Assistant getting directives from and reporting to the Project Director or the General Manager
 
MISSION
? To provide support to the Project director or the General Manager, ensuring for broad range of activities and general administrative duties requiring skills in customer service, multi-tasking and organizational abilities.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Perform general administrative duties such as preparing correspondence, arranging meetings, reconciling expenses, coordinating travel arrangements, company cars management, clearing expatriates administrative situation, filing, data entry, sorting mail, ordering office supplies.
? Generate and maintain various reports, proposals, presentations, charts and graphs, making translation of documents from Chinese in English and vice versa.
? Providing customer service by answering phones and responding to internal and/or external customer queries.
? Keeping update company organization charts and Base Score Cards
? Conducting other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
? Bachelor degree or more
? Good English skills (C,S,W,R), French skills appreciated but not required
? Proficient Computer Skills in Microsoft Office Programs (Words, PowerPoint, Excel, MS project, …)
? Organizational Skills
? Ability to Multi-task and Prioritize
? Verbal and Written Communication Skills
? Proactive Thinker
? Problem Solving Ability
