Main Activities:
Install and configure Serko and third party applications. Troubleshooting of the Serko Online and robotic services will be required.
Part of the role requirements would be advance software support of the in-house Serko Online solution on our hosted infrastructure.
Assist in coordinating the implementation and maintenance of a local area network.
Monitor and maintain the Infrastructure, computers and data communication network components and related software applications.
Working within shift-hour rotations.
Troubleshoot and isolate problems of computers and determine if problem is related to hardware, software, or connection.
Follow up on maintenance and service requests from users for changes to network.
Perform related duties as assigned by ICT Manager.
Report on usage and trends.
Provide local and remote support via Serko Helpdesks, VoIP solutions and escalate problems when needed.
Maintain computer system documentation and operational policies on a daily basis and during annual reviews.
Participate with technical staff to plan and implement operational changes to computers and networks.
Perform computer room environmental preventative maintenance on assigned areas and equipment.
Work with SCOM or equivalent monitoring and response tools.
To monitor on-going performance and maintain 24 X 7 hour operation of Serko®'s production platform as required.

Microsoft Server 2008/12 (Administrator experience Level)
Basic Microsoft SQL Server 2008/12 server (Administrator experience Level)
Microsoft DPM (Administrator experience Level)
Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint 2013 (Administrator experience Level)
Microsoft Office 365 (Administrator experience Level)
Azure or other cloud solutions (Administrator experience Level)
VOIP (Administrator experience Level)
Mac and Linux experience would be an advantage.
Knowledge of Cisco devices: Firewall, router,switch
Knowledge of protocols: SMTP, DNS, FTP, SSH, TCP/IP,LDAP, DHCP
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience deploying physical hardware, laptop, desktops, and printers.
Support the effective use of technology across the client through the management of technology networks and development of technology systems and services.
Be able to identify software and hardware problems via a number of mechanisms including event logs, alert tools.
Have the experience to manage the network by ensuring system availability, that any downtime required for changes is minimized and communicated to users, and that any issues are fixed quickly and calmly
Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of systems and system changes
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
Meet schedules and time lines.
Read, apply, and explain rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Typical Experience:
2+ years in a role with customer support and Microsoft Administrator responsibilities.
Recognized industry qualification in administrating or computer science / or equivalent
Experience in successfully planning, scheduling, and executing their work.
Previous experience exhibiting excellent organizational skills.
