二、任职要求：

1、有教师资格证；本科及以上学历，英语专业或英语教育专业；大专学历须有2年工作经验；

2、英语口语良好，普通话标准，形象良好，亲和力强，口头表达沟通能力良好，爱交流；

3、有团队合作意识，爱学习；

4、热爱教育工作，具备行业经验者优先考虑；

5、具备一定的销售意识，能承受工作压力，积极乐观，有自信心。

三、岗位职责：

1、给邀约顾客进行DEMO课程和必要的讲解；

2、多种幼儿和少儿阶段的英语课程教授；

3、课后客户回访和学员督导；

4、负责建立并维护客户资源，创造咨询量；

5、协助英语屋进行各项推广活动；

6、校长安排的其他工作。
