1. Responsible for exceeding AOP (Annual Operation Plan) sales target at assigned customers in China, managing key distributors to deliver annual revenue commitment in semiconductor backend packaging industry.
2. Work with marketing team to develop appropriate marketing strategies and execution plan to drive the sales of Honeywell’s thermal management products portfolio. Assist sales supervisor in developing and implementing sales strategies and initiatives within their territory.
3. Develop strong relationships with customers and their respective functions, understand customer needs, and translate into solutions Honeywell can fulfill.
4. Work with end customers and distributors to provide accurate forecast regularly and update APO in a timely manner, and responsible for delivering the forecast commitment. Provide strategic guidance and training to authorized distributors on products, markets, customers and applications which are consistent with AOP.
5. Work with end customers and distributors to develop new growth opportunities and update the opportunities in SFDC on monthly baes. Effectively utilize company resources to support customer programs/customer satisfaction and to drive new business opportunity growth in the region.
6. Work with marketing, customer service, ISC and technology functions to provide service and support to customers, including but not limited to product/application training, product deliveries, and product quality issues.

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management
2. A minimum of 6 years of sales working experience in electronic or semiconductor industry
3. Highly motivated and self-confident individual of the highest integrity
4. Results-oriented and having a strong sense of ownership
5. Ability to develop strong relationships independently with key or new targeted customers and their respective functions, understand customer needs, and translate CTQs into Honeywell solutions to customer
6. Ability to make product introduction and seminar for key customers
7. Ability to work successfully in a multi-cultural, global business environment
8. Good in English reading and writing, and able to verbally communicate in English
9. Willingness to travel (approximately 40% – 50%)
