Product Development Manager (China)

Job Responsibilities
? Working with Gibson Los Angeles Headquarters Office including Sales, Creative and Product Development. PD Dept.'s report directly to VP, Directors, and Managers at Gibson PD USA

? Submitting designs to factories
? Traveling to factories across China as needed, when needed.
? Following up in the fall cycle sampling process, ensuring on-time completion, color matching accuracy and quality consideration.
? Following up on production scheduling and on-time shipment. Coordinating with Gibson QC staff in China.
? Working with Target, Walmart, Tesco and other retailers office in China/Hong Kong to meet their shipping requirements

Requirements
? Minimum five years of PD experience with ten years in Working exchange businesses
? Good comment, Writing, and Spoken English
? Experience working at Target, Walmart or other retailers China offices
? 5 years’ experience and knowledge of Dinnerware, Ceramics, Melamine, Glassware, Flatware, and related industries.
