职位描述：
Essential Functions:
-Work out material requirement plan in the system based on rolling production.
-Work out the monthly/weekly material requirement plan and delivery plan of materials in SKU level to meet production requirement and monitor actual delivery performance.
-Control material inventory at a reasonable level based on the planning strategy in areas of safety stock, lead time etc.
-Work cross functional to implement actions to minimize total material inventory.
-Evaluate supplier service performance and review the related management reports of suppliers.
-Execute KPI performance of material planning.
-Work with SCM team to ensure alignment of vendor capacity with forecast and continuous improvement on delivery, cost, and quality.
-Lead exception management for materials in coordination with transportation and vendors.
-Follow up the payment to the direct material vendors.
-Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Specialized Knowledge:
-3+ Yrs. experience in material planning at multinational corporation.
-College Graduate.
-Good English & fluent Chinese.
-Negotiation skills.
-Good problem solving skill and data analysis ability.
