职位描述：
1.及时完成公司下达的各项生产任务，严格按工艺文件加工，提高生产效率，确保产品质量。
2.负责车床、磨床、切尾机的调试和操作，严格按质量规程对产品检测并记录。
3.负责车床、磨床、切尾机及辅助设备的日常点检、保养维护工作，认真填写维护保养记录。
4.负责公用及个人量具的保养、保管工作。
5.严格按设备安全操作规程操作设备，正确使用劳动防护用品。
6.负责车间设备及所辖区域的卫生打扫，保持工作环境。
7.按相关文件要求填写工单、交接班记录、模具维修申请单、物品领用申请单。
8.完成领导临时交付的任务。
职位要求：
1.能够独立操作车床、磨床等机加工设备
2.专业知识：识图、模具加工工艺、刀具知识、量具与公差配合
3.良好的沟通及团队合作能力
4.5年以上机械加工方面经验

Since 1994 Arnold Umformtechnik Gmbh & Co.Kg.belongs to the Wuerth group and it's a well established and renowned company in the international market with a history of more than 110 years in manufacturing screws and special cold-forging parts.
In order to meet the requirement and demanding of fasteners products from international customers, Arnold Fasteners (Shenyang) co., ltd. was founded on May 17, 2007 in China. The plant of Arnold Shenyang sites is located in Wuerth Industrial Park, Dadong district Shenyang, started the production in October 2008.
The fasteners products of Arnold mainly applied in automotive and electronics industries. Combine with high-quality fastener technology and excellent service. Arnold will provide high-quality fasteners to China as well as the world's market.
