职位描述：
The production Schedule function (including material planning, production schedule and master schedule) drives the formal planning system (MPS- Master Production Schedule) which initiates the procurement of materials, capacity planning and other important resources so that to well plan production scheduling and fulfill customer requirement. Good balancing also implies excellent knowledge of and tight controls of WIP and Raw Material Inventory levels.
? Make company production plan per demand and material availability. Coordinates & drives related departments to execute the company production plan.
? Works with operations teams on Productivity Improvement Project.
? Executes corporate New Product Transfer Plan.
? Review capacity with production team
? Material checking with SLM for better scheduling
? Monitor the schedule and make any updates as needed.
? Achieves 100% On-Time-Delivery to customers to gain customer satisfaction.

? Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in logistic management, business

? Experience:
o More than 2 years planning/production control experience in industry

? Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
o Good command of English, fluent in written and spoken English
o SAP planning experience will be preferred.
