职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the operations, maintenance and security of IT infrastructure and desk support services.

2. Responsible for supporting, maintenance and troubleshooting for the networking, SAN, Windows and Linux servers, storage, databases, disaster recovery, virtualization environments and all associated hardware and software.

3. Works collaboratively with our internal clients and external vendors to develop and adhere to SLAs and SOPs;

4. Develops and executes strategic plans to ensure that IT infrastructure is proactively managed to provide maximum value.

5. Architect, implement, operate, manage, and integrate enterprise IT infrastructure systems in CHINA.

6. Propose, agree and deliver IT desk support services with a defined Service Level Agreement.

7. Day-to-day administration of complex infrastructure (Linux and Windows servers, WAN, LAN, network equipments, etc.) running in data center in support of dozens of databases and application suites.

8. Oversee various IT Infra projects, responsible for identifying appropriate resources needed and developing schedules to ensure the success rate of projects;

9. Ensure consistently deliver a stable IT performance with cost effectiveness to the business, responsible for suppliers performance management and cost management, ensure the implementation compliant with organization's policies and IT standard processes.

10. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, identify problem quickly, and assure continuing availability of IT service, escalate problem and follow them through, ensure minimal impact to the business

11. Provides continuously technology and process improvements, assists in developing and maintaining IT policies, standard and disaster recovery plan.

12. Provides regular reports on infrastructure/services performance as well as forecasts of future utilization and equipment/line requirements.

13. Supervises IT infrastructure team and provides ongoing mentoring and training, effective communication of operational issues, plans and status throughout the team.

15. Document the infrastructure architecture environment and procedures to insure infrastructure remains cost effective, efficient, and of high quality.

16. Take call rotation as needed for off hours & weekend support & scheduled changes.

Preferred Education & Experience:
1. Certificates of CCNA/CCNP/CCIE, RHCE/RHCA and ITIL is plus.
2. 8+ years experience in architecture, implementation and operations of IT infrastructure, 2+ years working experience in infrastructure management, people management and strong mentoring skill.
3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experiences in:
o Windows server, AD and Linux administration
o Major database systems, MS SQL, Oracle and MySQL
o Network, MPLS , VPN, CISCO routers, switch, WIFI Controller
o VMware Virtualization Solution
o Enterprise SAN, EMC storage solution
o EMC Network backup/recovery solution
o AVAYA Telephony system, Security architecture and Anti-virus
o Citrix XenApp
4. Strong analytical, problem solving skills;
5. Familiar with internal audit including system and operation process control is a plus.
6. Excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-tasks
7. Excellent communication skill and team work spirit, good learning ability, strong sense of responsibility.
